Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is Barta Levente egyéni vállalkozó, TODO: székhely (cím), TODO: support e-mail. Full details are on the legal notice.
The plugin
- Velocity works on your computer. Every analysis, from beat detection to loudness, runs locally.
- It never uploads your media, projects or audio, and it has no usage tracking.
- Your curves, presets and Studio time records are stored only on your computer.
- If Velocity asks for activation, it sends your license key to Gumroad's license service once, to confirm the purchase. Nothing else is sent.
Buying
Gumroad sells Velocity as the merchant of record and processes your name, e-mail address and payment details for the purchase under its own privacy policy. Gumroad shares your name, e-mail address and order details with us so we can deliver the license and help you. Legal basis: performance of the contract. We keep these records for as long as accounting and tax laws require.
Support
If you write to us by e-mail or on our Discord server, we use what you send us only to answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in helping our customers. Discord is run by Discord Inc. under its own privacy policy. We delete support e-mails when they are no longer needed, and at the latest after two years.
This website
- velocityplugin.com sets no cookies and has no analytics or advertising trackers.
- Fonts are loaded from this domain, not from third-party servers.
- Our host, Vercel Inc., processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver and protect the site. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website. Vercel may process this data in the United States; see the Vercel privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, and for its correction, deletion or export. You can restrict or object to processing. Write to TODO: support e-mail and we will answer within one month.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In Hungary this is the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11, naih.hu.
