Who makes it
Velocity is developed by:

Who sells it
Velocity is sold through Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record. Gumroad is the seller on your receipt, processes the payment, and collects and pays the sales tax or VAT that applies in your country. Gumroad's terms and privacy policy apply to the purchase itself.
Your use of the software is covered by the Velocity license.
Support
Velocity is made by one editor, so support is personal and runs in one place: the Velocity Discord server.
- Questions and bugs: open a ticket in the support channel. Include your Premiere Pro version, your operating system and what you clicked.
- Response time: usually within two working days. It can take longer around releases and holidays.
- Payments, receipts and invoices: Gumroad handles these directly.
- No Discord? Write to TODO: support e-mail.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled through Gumroad. Write to us with your Gumroad receipt and we will sort it out.
Copyright
The Velocity software, its code, curves, presets, interface and this website are protected by copyright. Copying or redistributing Velocity, or any modified or unlocked version of it, is not allowed. If you find Velocity shared somewhere it should not be, please tell us on Discord or by e-mail.
